Once we understand your needs a technician will be with you to install any necessary equipment, and they will then visit regularly to monitor and undertake any action as needed. All visits are documented, diarised and organised for a convenient time.
If you notice unexpected rodent activity in between visits our phone lines are open 24/7 and you are our priority. There is no additional charge for extra rodent visits as you are covered by the terms of your contract with us.
