We had squirrels in our loft and so contacted a company who phoned half an hour before they were supposed to turn up to say they couldn’t come. So I phoned county life pest control who said they would try to come that day, and they did.
Darren was the pest controller who arrived and from the get go he was informative, knowledgable, and very active setting traps and a camera to monitor activity in the loft.
He kept us informed of what was happening in our loft via phone calls.
A hard worker (how gets into the small space to set his traps is beyond me) and a nice guy too. A credit to Country life pest control.
Yes I recommend Country life pest control, and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed…..hopefully we won’t have too.

I contacted Keith yesterday afternoon as I suspected rats under my house. Keith came out within 2 hours, provided bait traps and arranged a second visit. Called Country Life Pest control as we had heard scratching in the loft
Keith came out and set 2 Traps and a camera so any movement could be seen and monitored, and see what it was.
He notified us we had a squirrel.
He contacted me today to say it was active again and he actually caught it.
I can only express our thanks to Keith and Country Life for their professionalism and prompt action.

Brilliant service. We were having new windows fitted when the workmen discovered a very active wasps nest above one of the windows. We called country life for help and they came out within 2 hours.

Country Life have been fantastic helping us with a troublesome rat (or few) who were running under our floor, cavity walls and loft. It was an incredibly difficult time but Darren from CL was excellent and persisted until it was resolved. Always prompt, reliable and didn’t take any shortcuts. Unlike other local firms we’d tried who either weren’t interested unless we dug up the floors or just paid a flying visit with a bit of DIY advice and trays of poison. Highly recommend.

I’m not one for posting reviews but this time I must. Last year I had a wasp problem and called Country Life. The next day Keith arrived and although there was no evidence of a nest anywhere in the lofts Keith saw wasps entering a small hole in the brickwork. He smoked the nest through the hole. All good. Great guy, very polite and conscientious.
This year I had squirrels in my loft. Out came Keith again and within a week three squirrels despatched. What a star. I can’t recommend them enough. 5 stars

I can only relate our experience with this company. We have a wasp nest in the loft, called the company and a technician came out. We live in a 3 storey house but surely they have equipment for all eventualities. We were charged £90 and told it wasn't easy to reach. We paid it but after some thought I contacted the company but had no response to my email so I contacted them again through WhatsApp. The lady said she would investigate and after yet another reminder she responded asking me to be kind as the technicians do a good job. Eventually the director contacted my husband to say we had been overcharged. We received £24 as a reimbursement. Wouldn't use them again or recommend the company

Quick, thorough, efficient service to deal with a chronic rat problem we inherited when we bought our house. These folks were the third pest control company we hired, and the first ones to help us truly identify the underlying issue leading rats to keep returning.

They've now got rid of the live population and installed a rat gate in our drains (a one-way valve, basically), so that rats cannot gain access to our property. Hopefully that's the end of it, but if not, I wouldn't hesitate to call Country Life again.

Highly recommend.

10/10 service. From the initial contact the service was fast and efficient and very professional. It was also very impressive. Martin came out to remove a bumble bee hive living in our squirrel house. Turns out it was a honey bee hive. Martin managed to single-handedly detach the house from the big oak tree (not an easy job as it was nailed in and very heavy) and carry it down the ladder. He then sealed the hive and relocated it to a beekeeper in the area. We were very impressed! I would highly recommend Martin and Country Life Pest Control and would definitely use them again for any pest problem.

Honestly can't thank this company enough, with a 8 week old baby and the idea that mice maybe in the house I was freaking out, they came out on the same day I called within a few hours and helped ease my mind instantly! I recently used this company for help with a rat infestation in my property. I found them helpful, punctual and they did a good job. No more rats within 7 days, and they also took the time to find out how the rats we getting into my cavity walls so also carried out some additional work to help stop future infestation.
